Where do your items come from?
Our items come from all over the world. Many of our items will ship directly from the manufacturer overseas, and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
How do you choose your items?
We take pride in choosing high quality items that are beautiful and functional. We research the items materials, size and dimensions and manufacturers history.
How do you ensure the quality of the products you sell?
We take pride in researching the products and manufacturers we choose to work with. Many of the products we sell will ship directly from the manufacturer, so we do not have the ability to perform a final inspection, however we stand behind all of our sales. If you receive a product that you believe is inferior in quality or workmanship, please let us know so we can provide you with a resolution and inform the manufacturer.
How do I know when my item will arrive?
Many of our items will ship directly from the manufacturer overseas. You will receive an email with tracking information, and you can check tracking on our website.
Can I return a product?
